in Dublin? Prefrebly somewhere in the city center. I just got Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World and want to start making some gooshy cupcakes. Alternatively, where's a good place to get those pastry bags and a nice selection of decorating tips? Thanks in advance!

There's a show off Grafton St called Kitchen Compliments, it might have something. It tends to have everything!
