    NTL have not been able to supply a route to it for nearly a year now.

    I reported similar issue a while back to reach blogspot.com and took them a few weeks to fix it.

    Or use a external proxy server program..That way you wont need to worry what NTL can route too or not as the proxy will fetch it for you...
    Keep in mind this does sometimes slow down browsing.
