Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    i have a Palm Treo 750 with Windows Mobile 6. My Gmail account just got IMAP enabled and it works great in Thunderbird and Outlook 2007. BUT of course when i set it up on my phone i run into connection problems with 3.

    I've looked around on a good few sites with no luck. Has anyone hear got it working? maybe not even Gmail but any IMAP email?

    This is probbably a 3 issue but i thought id check in and ask.

    I don't think that i have actually been imaped yet, but i did just manage to get my gmail setup with the three mail program and it seems to actually provide nearly the same functions as far as i can tell so far. It starts messing things up a bit with separating threads into the individual messages, but i think i can just about cope with that for now by using the gmail mobile app as well.

    I have Gmail running through IMAP on my WM5 phone, here's the settings if it's any help:

    email address:
    yourname@gmail.com

    user info:
    Your name: yourname
    user name: yourname <i don't have @gmail.com here>
    password: password

    Account Info:
    Account type: IMAP4
    Name: Gmail

    Server info:
    Incoming mail: imap.gmail.com:993
    Outgoing mail: smtp.gmail.com:465
    Domain: <empty>

    Under Options:
    Enable requires SSL connection
    Enable Outgoing mail requires auth.
