Hi A couple of questions. I am in the middle of a property purchase. Loan offer was sent to my solicitor by my mortgage broker today. What happens next. Do i need to contact the selling agent and ask where there client is at with sending the contract through? Or do i just sit and wait for that to happen. I dont know anyone…

Hi

I dont know anyone who bought recently and would know. Just trying to understand where i am in the process.
