Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. Sebastian Bach/Axl Rose Collaborations Leak

Over the past 72 hours, the US music scene (or the hard rock section of it at least) has been going mad over the leaking of 2 CD Quality and one Radio rip quality leak of 3 Axl Rose/Sebastian Bach collaborations (the three tracks that are supposed to be on the new Sebastian Bach album Angel Downdue on Nov 20th with EMI)

    (Love is a) Bitchslap
An early version of this song was released to radio stations in the US minus Axl's vocals, now that his vocals have been added we are listening to a sort of 1991 Skid Row style song (most of the songs leaked from this album have either been Slave to the Grind copies or ballads) that discusses the hardships of love with several guitar solos that sound as if theyve been stolen from Meat Loaf axeman Paul Crook (which is ironic considering he toured with Bach for several years). The song can work with or without Axl, and to be honest you'd have to be cranking out the volume on this one to actually hear him, but he is there and makes his curling voice known at one particular bridge.

    Stuck Inside
Co-written by Rose and Bach, Bach starts this with a scream, leaving Rose to do a sort of backman role (kind of the same role he played on Gilby Clarkes 1994 cover of Dead Flowers for the latters Pawnshop Guitars album). You can hear Rose, but its Bach who does all the work, and drummer Mark Prator (formely of Demons & Wizards) does his job. Rose comes in after the 2nd verse to repeat what Bach has been saying, and then does a little shouting (ala Better) before the bridge and the big chorus to finish. Cant help but feeling im listening to Riot Act to be honest, but Slave to the Grind went to number one in 1991, and this one will too....sorry, but lets be honest

    Back in the Saddle
A classic Aerosmith cover, this song belongs to Rose, who apparently recorded it within 8 hours with Bach at a NY studio in January. Rose holds his own lines, begins the song, and sings the entire first verse. Its more a duet then the other two tracks, and gives Rose a chance to show off his voice, sounding very Appetite.... throughout (which is great considering Aerosmith were nodded to as far back as Guns N Roses exsisted, Axl covering them in 1984 on the bands very first EP). This song is perfect for Bach and Rose, who both have extremely powerful voices, and it doesnt seem to be as fast tempo as the other tracks Bach has recorded

The AVENGED SEVENFOLD guys did their best, bless their hearts. They're a little younger than us! The drummer was the last one standing in that band and he's a ****ing alcoholic! He reminded me a lot of Duff McKagan from the 'Use Your Illusion' tour. The way he walked, talked and the way he slurred every other word. I love the guy!"

I dont think you can honestly hear someone plug irresponsibility, trying to act like a hair metal act and just plain nostalgia more than Sebastian Bach when you hear a comment like that
