Does CRO accept cash?

Hope this is in the right place. Does the CRO accept cash? I need to send 20euro to them, Friday evening banks closed and won't get the change to go to a bank next week for a draft. Don't have cheque book. Could I attach my Laser card number in a note?

They will only accept a cheque as far as i know.

The oul man has a cheque book, would they accept a cheque in his name?

Of course http://www.cro.ie/en/payment-methods doesnt want to work when I need it to!
