i have a grievance with a mod decision,and the mod in question told me not to discuss it wit him thru pm but in feedback threads...but i think i didnt put it in the correct thread,or i did,and the mods arent paying attention,suggestions helpdesk?

It looks like the issue is being dealt with in Feedback. Remember that the mods have real lives to deal with as well so in the future if something comes up, give them time.
