    You a relation? :)
    Good luck to him anyway

Great game, about a million times better than the variants of pool we play in Ireland. Shame the WorldChampionships are on at such a bad hour for us 9to5ers.

Haha, how did you guess?! Yeah, I'm his sister. There never seems to be much interest in 9 ball so I thought I'd post here and highlight the fact that we had one of our own in the World Champs! Unfortunately he got knocked out in his 2nd match... was 6-1 up and lost 8-9 so he was gutted. He's still Oceania Champ for 2007 though! :D

Cracking quarter-final match in the early hours Saturay morning.
Peach led 9-4, trailed 10-9 and won 11-10.

But the score hides an amazing incident in the 2nd last rack, where, snookered on the 3 which was close to the 9, Bustamente kicked off the rail, hit the 3 and the 9 at 'roughly the same time', potted the 9 to win the match and went off celebrating.

Except as it transpired the white had hit the 9 a good 1/20 of a second before the 3 had been hit, so it was a foul.
Referees Rees and Tabb spent about 10 minutes looking at TV replays from every angle but it was clearly a foul, despite the hometown crowd screaming that it was a good shot. Bustamente, imho, disgraced himself by not accepting the correct decision in good grace.

After a delay of about 15 minutes Peach held himself together superbly to run out that rack and the next one with a booing crowd in the background.
