    is this still available?
    Recently moved job to company in D15 (from Bray).
    The commute at the moment is soul-destroying.

    Few questions - is there a space for a car to park securely?
    What about noise? I know on some newer-built homes that sound-insulation is not always the best - so is loud bassy music from neighbours a problem?
    Is there a deposit required?
    Bills?
    Is there broadband in the house?
