    Are there any differences to applying for a learners permit as opposed to the provoisonal?.......are all the same forms needed?(Eye report, DTT cert).......Thanks

    I presume the same forms and requirements will apply.

    (They will probably have new forms in due course).

    Its the exact same as before except the form says learner Permit instead of provoisonal license :(

    according to a guard....The actual permit looks different to the provoisonal
