    Isn't that the guy who shouts abuse at everyone [especially Council workers for some reason] while hanging out near O'Brien's?

    Maybe not, but they all look so similar ;) He should be busking instead ...

    I've never seen him shouting abuse at anyone, but he's often to be seen drinking from a can of Guinness and dancing to buskers.

    Patrick, yeah. Nice guy.

    There was a guy busking yesterday evening across from AIB on shop street who went absolutely mental all of a sudden and started roaring and shouting abuse for some unknown reason. Anyone know who he is? Haven't seen him before. Had a black dog with him
