Hey Folks,

Many years ago I was in Brugge and while there I came across the delicous Croque-Madame sandwiches. I made them for a while when I came back and them completely forgot about them. I've found a few recipes online but they are quite different from the version I had there. In Brugge they used to make them with a type of vinaigrette and they were delicous. I can't seem to find this version online.

Does anyone know it? Care to share the method?
