Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Quick question about sending the 360 back to Microsoft..

    Right so I got the dreaded 3 red rings of death on my 360, its still working at the moment but from what I've read on here it seems inevitable that I'll be sending it away for repair soon. But anyway, my question is...do microsoft definitely look for a copy of the receipt or an invoice of when it was bought when sending it away? Cos I cant find the damn receipt!!

    they will ask for the consoles serial number and your details , you do not need the receipt or an invoice.

    Excellent, cheers for that. I'm wondering if it may still work yet, cos my hdd wasnt clicked back in properly when I went to turn the 360 on, once I clicked the hdd back in it worked. So I'm not sure if its on its way out or not

    when mine went i had the 3 red lights every time i turned it on .

    ms extended the warranty for the 3 red ring fault to 3 years from date of purchase , so if it does go a few months or more down the line it will still be covered.
