Out of date 1st provisional. New laws Q

    My 1st provisional is out of since september, I only really noticed when all the talk of the new laws came up.

    What I want to know is do I just apply for a 2nd provisional now and then jchange to learner permit or do I apply learner permits now?

    Provisional Licences ceased to be issued after the 29th of October. You will be issued with a 2nd Learner Permit.
