    My younger brother came across one of these [Link to product on Ebay], and has hinted as an Xmas gift. Having never used one of these things before, I have a couple of concerns. They're not that expensive, and I'm just wondering would they be actually of decent quality. I can think of several ways that he could use this device, but if the quality connected to the various systems mentioned was crap, then it would be a waste of money.

    Does it do what it says on the tin? or are they crap?

    Even if you don't have experience with that product specifically (although great if you do), have you used anything similar?

    I can't find any reviews online for anything like it :(
