Eircom's contention ratio getting worse?

Is anyone else having issues with Eircom lately re: speeds down? It used to zip along but the past few weeks/months its slowly coming down in what it used to deliver mps wise. Are they Traffic Shaping on torrents ala NTL?

Contention ratio itself doesn't get worse, there's probably just more people subscribed in your area now or more people using it at that particular moment in time.
