Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not hard when we dont have to worry about things like actually winning it. We're solid 3rd placers. :) Maybe if you lot try our approach and stop puching for the league we might meet in the final next season. (well the season after, stupid summer football :))

You must be hovering waiting for my reply, I edited that fairly quickly I thought.

i have you down for 2nd, only way you will meet us is in 1st round when you come 5th in PL.

Another rule of being a fan dont have stupid expectations.

You have that thing, you will learn about being a fan home and away, win lose or draw.

/btw i intend to haunt you with that comment for like ever.

    //bookmarked.

/// your edit/// she watching kitchen somfin with Ramsey so yes i am bored.

Happy day to be a Liverpool fan! You'd nearly forget you're in the bottom half of your group and 7th in the league :p

Ahh no 8-0 is pretty impressive

anyone got a clip of the tackle in the celtic match? wanna see that

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 14,013 ✭✭✭✭eirebhoy

Scott Brown was asked on Sky whether he thought the Benfica player meant to break his leg. No hesitation, "yeah".

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 16,658 ✭✭✭✭Peyton Manning

I missed the challenege on Scott Brown, any clips online yet?

And fair play to Liverpool. Regardless of the atrocious display by Besiktas, 8-0 is still a mighty impressive result. Dont ruin it now by dropping points to Fulham.

Gotta love Pippo Inzaghi. Still goal hanging better than anyone else. Best poacher around.

Christ, that tackle was horrendous. Ive never seen such obvious intent.

Barcelona v Rangers 5-0 Henry hat trick
Lyon v VfB Stuttgart 2-1 Lyon always strong at home!

Man Utd v Dynamo Kiev 4-0 Easy win.
Fenerbahce v PSV 1-0 slight advantage to fenerbachce because PSV have no gaffer and there away!
Inter Milan v CSKA Moscow 2-0 Easy win at san siro!
Slavia Prague v Arsenal 0-5 Easy win as always
Steaua Bucharest v Sevilla 1-2 sevilla to scrap a win

Yup Barca - Rangers is on Santy, Obviously Liverpool/ManYoo TV aka RTE is showing the Utd game. Arse are on Sky again, its been a heady time for us Arsenal fans, were hitting 4 live games on the spin and afaik the Reading game is on TV on Monday too.

So, anyone gonna go for the Arse-ManYoo-Barca treble?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,894 ✭✭✭evad_lhorg

I have to laugh at sky sports right now... two of the strangest promos in the pre match build up to the UTD game. GSI:Goal scene investigation and Goodfellas(Fergie, Wenger and Walter Smith). Must have hired some new creative "talent"

Messi rebound from a ronnie shot.

Rangers keeper is fairly good made a good few saves already but think its going to be a bad night for him.

Someone better give Ronaldo a slap at half time, usual showing boating ****e, giving away the ball...........................but will probably score in the 2nd half and be called a God by some ppl here.

Nani needs to cop on with the corners. Only one has managed to clear the first man. Not good enough for a professional player.

Fletcher is having a sub-par game in the middle, Anderson should come on imo.

Tevez/Rooney is just getting better and better.

Thats it for me with champions league until the knockouts id say.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,711 ✭✭✭keano_afc

Arsenal being kicked off the park here. As soon as three passes get put together there's a foul by a Slavia player.
