Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Anybody know how I can restrict poeple from creating overlapping bookings in an Exchange 2003 Public folder calander ?

    We use a public folder calander for room bookings but booking can overlap at present, just trying to stop overlapping booking

    Create the resource as a person in the GAB, and then you can have that resource at the meeting for the specific time.

    So if your room is booked from 9am to 10am people will see it, and book around it

    Thats what we do but I'm trying to stop gob****es from booking the room when it is already booked by someone else.

    I dont know if you can.. normally you can have conflicting items in your calender.. Last place we did this we had a custom Outlook form for this, which implemented the logic and disabled you from booking overlapping bookings
