In his/her wisdom, someone has decided that if you want to turn into Limerick Golf Club from the city side you should have a separate off slip in the center of the road. The road is barely two lanes wide so to make this possible the traffic coming the opposite direction swings over towards the entrance, at the top of a hill and at the crest you see this little island in the middle of the road, in a hollow, which could contain an oncoming vehicle. Traffic management and road planning at its brilliant best!

Just be glad they didn't throw traffic lights at the problem like they seem to do with everything else these days.

Agreed Bazz, I think they sent someone out to buy Christmas lights, they got confused, and arrived back with a truck load of traffic lights
