    Click New Thread in the forum that you want to post it...and uh...choose the settings...and hit the Submit/Post or whatever button nearer the bottom of the page...

    What exactly do you mean? You have posted a smiley face (ok, a confused face).

    Do you mean on the thread title on the forum page or on the sub-thread adjunct page? Or do you mean the thread with no place? What exactly do you mean?!

    I think he means so that it appears beside the thread title. For that you use the post icons box located just below where you type the content of the post.
