lost provisional....???

ok so iv been a provisional driver for almost a year...however ive gotten a replacement liscence cause i lost my first one and and now ive lost my second one....how difficult will it be to get a new one. because i have heard that they are very suspicious about it?

yea but the problem is...this will be my second replacement....do they get like suspicious and think im selling them or something? so im told?
