If it's not too late for you (and local), go the the Craft Fair that's held in RDS at the beginning of December every year. They have lots of lovely things, some very reasonable and perfect for women in that age group.

I'm male and in that age group and I really really really want a remote controlled helicopter!! One of the ones you can use inside :-)
