UK LCD TV ok in Ireland?

Hi If I bring a UK purchased TV (Sony KDL32S3000) to Ireland, will it work ok? I know years ago you couldn't get the Irish stations because of uhf/vhf differences but as this model has uhf and vhf I presume it will be ok? Sorry if its an obvious question but I'd rather be sure

if it says it has both you should be ok
