    Hi,

I am having trouble with the tail lights on my e46 Convertible.
it seems condensation getting into one of them has caused it to go dark - i.e Half the l.e.d.s are knackered.

Any idea if I need a total new unit or if I can get a replacement bulb set ?

They are getting worse since I first noticed it a few weeks back and the NCT is due in 2 weeks.

If they need be replaced, anyone know where I can get one ?
I ain't giving the BMW dealer €500 for it !

    Thanks

Im no LED expert but afaik know LEDs were designed to last much longer than regular filament bulbs and die out one by one as opposed to all of them. So eventually when they do all die out - i think you would need a whole new cluster.

eBay is always good for spurious parts like that

You should be able to pick one up on ebay or pistonheads
