Returning your provisional

    Just a quick question,

    I passed my driving test on Tues & sent off all forms etc that day in the tax office. Pink full license arrived on Friday.
    I have other categories on my provisional (bikes) so shouldn't they have sent it back to me? or do they issue a new one?

    I worked there for a few summers and this is fairly common. It's sometimes assumed you don't want the provisional anymore and didn't actually need the extra categories. They do need to issue a new one without the car on it.

    Ring them up, they may need anothe couple of photos fom you in order to do it though. I've forgotten the exact procedure.
