Portugal recommendations please

    Hi all,
    Heading to Portugal on Wednesday morning to do some backpacking and a week of surfing in Peniche.
    Flying into Lisbon.

    Any recommendations of hostels, bars, places to visit etc would be greatly appreciated

    I didn't spend much time in Peniche but if you get a chance to go to Ericeira, check out the Ribeira D'Ilhas surf camp. If it's a busy night, the place will be good craic. Also while you're in Lisbon, it's worth checking out a football match. Pretty cheap to see Benfica or Sporting and the crowds are nuts. I'm not even really into football either but it was great.
