Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When a colleague composes a mail in OUtlook and clicks SEND, it just goes to the Outbox. She then has to click SEND/RECEIVE to get it to actually send.

On my pc, I just click SEND and it goes.

Any ideas what could be different??

    Is it office 2003?
If so there was an issue with outlook 2003 that a service pack fixed. If you get your colleague to download or apply latest service packs (or get your system admin to do so) this might fix the problem.
This was in an exchange mail server environment.

I'm fairly sure its 2007 - gotta check tomorrow.

She tells me that it worked properly "before" and was wondering had any settings been changed.
