Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wireless Network Adapter - light remains red!

    Hi guys,

I just got my xbox back from repair a couple of days ago and have set it back up again, but, one problem, the wireless network adapter won't work for me. I try to connect it but the light remains red on it and won't be recognised. I've tried the network tests etc but it fails the first stage every time...Network adapter - disconnected.

I'm wondering does anyone have any advice as to how I could fix this problem as it's really starting to bug me. Nothing on the xbox support site helped.

    Thanks in advance

What have you tried to fix it?

Steady red light: The adapter is ready to be connected to a wireless network.

Yea I saw that as the explanation zabbo, still baffled though.

I tried the recommended fixes on the xbox site. Namely, remove the adapter, turn off, put it back in, turn back on console etc. Nothing has worked to date...The fact that its a steady red light suggests the hardware isn't knackered...

As a process of elimination, I'd knock off any wireless security etc. to see if it can see + connect to your wireless Lan.

Failing that, test it on someone elses xbox ?
