    Are any of the cinemas around going to show it in 3D I know some in dublin have but also heard that alot of cinemas wont be.

    have to see it, but im not expecting much.
    did anyone see johnatan woss review it last night? it showed a scene with beowulf being held at spear-point....in 3d. just looked like a spear with a point that weighed about 80kgs.

    Was going to post this myself. Will definitely go see it if it's shown in 3D, not bothered otherwise. While it was a crap film, Sharkboy and Lava Girl really showed me that 3d is definitely way more then just a gimmick! :D

    Was I the only one that initially though Sean Bean was the main character? :confused:

    according to rottentomatoes.com, it's top-notch. Dunno if there's anywhere in Galway showing it in 3-D

    Heard on the radio that there is only one cinema in Ireland that is capable of showing 3d and it is in Dundrum.

    That report must be wrong as its in 3D at Dun Laoighre as well. There don't seem to be many others showing it in 3D though. I was looking to go see the 3D version in Galway too but I don't think we are going to get it!
