Flash script - in HTML

    Hey, hoping someone can help me out here.

    I'm still getting to grips with HTML code - just looking at other pages source code and copying/pasting, seeing how it all fit together and trying it myself etc

    I came across this flash script for a rotating menu yesterday:

    They give you the script to download - but I don't know how to embed/insert the file into a HTML code.

    I was googling it, and I need to convert the .fla file to .swf before embedding it, but how do I go about it?

    How would the code be written for it? (I'm using notepad and viewing it in IE)

    You need to have the Flash program to edit it.
