vs2008 beta 2 - cannot download

http://www.microsoft.com/ireland/vs2008/Default.html beta 2 is at that link. Or it should be. It keeps telling me I need to install silverlight. Which was already installed. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still no joy though. Has anybody else accessed the download, or can you?

Or it should be. It keeps telling me I need to install silverlight. Which was already installed. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still no joy though. Has anybody else accessed the download, or can you?
