Sheraton Hotel Fota (Cork): which restaurant?

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this in. Heading to Sheraton Fota in Cork on Saturday night. They have 2 restaurants, The Cove and The Fota. Has anyone eaten in either one of these and if so are they any good? Thanks.
