italians in art tattoo in templebar - good solid lines, great shading, bit pricey but worth it. theyre above cafe irie which is on lower fownes street just off central bank.

jani in celestial ring (wildcat) in stephens green is pretty good with colour, some people like his style, some dont. check him out.

theres a few more but those are the only guys i can think of at the moment.

oh in cork too, eh karen russell - pretty amazing too

best advice is go on a ramble around town, talk to the artists, get a feel for the work and then pick.
