Bed bugs

Hi all, apologies for a start this isn't quite gardening or DIY but it's the closet I can find. I have 2 rooms rented out in my house and I recently discovered that I have bed bugs. I had them in one room and I threw out the bed and mattress and bought new ones. However this morning the person in the other room said they have been bitten recently, and when I looked under his matress I saw one on the frame of the bed, a little brown thing.

    So I'm wondering

    - is dumping the bed, mattress, and bedclothes enough or should I call in a pest control company?
    - does anyone know of a reliable pest control company?

    Cheers,
    Ciaran.
