What's the traffic like in Liffey Valley/NCR Area in the mornings (9-10am) like since the bus strike?

I have to be in the NCR for on Tuesday morning for 10.30 but was thinking of dropping off Mrs Phog to the Liffey Valley on my way (turn off N7), what sort of delays can I expect if the bus strike continues?

Liffey Valley shouldn't be a problem, consider turning of at the Outer Ring Road and avoiding the M50. Note the roadworks at the M50-N4 junction, which may mean certain turns aren't available.

You don't say where on the North Circular Road. If it is the Heuston end, I wouldn't worry so much, but further on may be affected. If you really have to be there, give it an extra 30-60 minutes.
