Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

im in the process of growin my hair long but the sides are out of control, just above my locks is so frizzy and curly its looks silly, thing is i was in the barbers the other day and the bloke used a hair dryer and a little roundy comb and got it straight without gel or anything, i tried this and its a disaster!
is there some technique to this or something?? how on earth do i get my frizzy bits on the side go straight!?!?!
    thanks!

Hairdressers can work wonders with a hair dryer, it's a talent they have and something they train for so difficult to recreate yourself. Try using shampoo or conditioner that controls frizz or straightens, i recently started using john frieda straightening addict conditioner and it really helps (its the first product that i've seen actually make a difference) and I use frizz ease straight ahead flawless finishing creme. Ye can get them in boots, might be worth a try.

I have thin hair though so I dunno how effective they are on thick hair!

It was my hair I called thin not yours :p

Get a brush that suits your hair and get practicing with the hair dryer, there's definitely an art to drying hair straight!
