Is my sig still too big?

I don't know how to check how mant gigglepixels it is, or how to reduce it. The little boxes appear when I click on the image, but won't let me reduce or move it at all.

If you right click on the image, then select Properties with Firefox it will give you the information. Sigs are meant to be no more than 20kb and 300 pixels wide x 125 high but there are a few exceptions like userbars and some of those photo flickr widgets.
