Is the post graduate diploma in business gone?

    I was interested in taking this 1 year HDip in business which smurfit offered for non-business graduates...i remember them advertising for it in 2005. however now i cant find any info on the course whatsoever. anyone know, have they stopped offering it?

    IIRC they changed it to a Masters of some sort, can't remember exactly though.

    Yep, exactly, I think they can charge much more for Masters than for H Dips, so it's a Masters.

    €11,000? ouch! I'm doing an MBS for non-business graduates at the moment and a good chunk of the fees is funded by the NDP so it's only €1,600. It's in UCC though so I don't know if that's much use to the OP.

    The only NDP funded course in Smurfit, with the €1600 fee, is the Master of Management Science, which has programming and maths content. Not everyone's kettle of fish, but a good course if you are interested in that kind of thing.

    Why do you want to do the postgraduate diploma in business? Have you looked into any alternatives?
