    It's because everyone realised that going to lectures is for nerds only and they can do much better without lectures.

    That or people have had bad weeks. That happens too.

    The lectures are quite pointless. Although my attendance would be around 50% so I suppose I'm quite studious

    You know the library should also not be busy on a saturday night.
