    Hi Folks,

House broken into last night, apart from cash and laptop, they took
my wifes pride and joy, her 06 Red Suzuki swift.
It has mud flaps on it with Suzuki written in white print.(Rare and cant be bought in this country).
Long shot, but if anyone spots it:(

It's coming into the christmas robbing season. Kids looking for presents. Christmas dinner to put on the table. The ODCs will be working overtime. Be careful.

Sorry to hear about it OP. Mate's house was robbed in castleknock last night.

Car found by the police last night in Neilstown, minus its alloys.
Dont know if there is any other damage.
If there is any damage done to the car, does anyone know if insurance will cover it?
And obviously new set of wheels/car keys?
    Anyone have experience of this.

I think the insurance company will cover the damage, however there is probably an excess of the first 400-500 you will have to pay yourself. Also with the alloys it's possible these will not be covered unless they are standard issue on that model, if they are an extra you have added it's possible they will only fit the bill for bog standard wheels and tyres. Sometimes it's probably best never to find a stolen car

Yeah we were hoping it would be found, but unharmed, or else a right off.(might still be)
The wheels were standard suzuki, so maybe we will be ok.
