    Word order in Polish language is quite unrestrained. Both versions of the sentence are correct, but if you really want to know which one of them is 'better' I would say it's the first one.

    el_bandita is right, both versions are absolutely correct. However, thinking about it, the second one sounds more neutral to me. The first one seems to put more emphasis on the fact that he really speaks English very well.
