Looking for old friend in waterford

Hi, How do i go about finding out about an old friend from Waterford ? I lost contact with her years ago and also her address and was wondering if there is a local residential phone book i can look her up ? . If not would it be ok to post her name on here in the hope that she or friends might see it ?

Post her name sure your not saying anythig bad about her

Thanks Typhoon for the waterford link .The girl in question is Amanda Hayes and Mandy would be in her mid to late 30s now .She was a big Barry Manilow fan back then , might still be lol .Would be nice to make contact and say hello again after all these years . Appriciate any help

I am not familiar with Dylan bible , Bod Dylan yes .

I am just hoping that one person, family or friend sees this and puts me in touch .Mandy is/was of slim build and mousy blond hair but of course her appearence may have changed .
