    I had some soup cause I was feeling awful.

    Don't worry, with 174 calories it's not far off the mars bar, but you'd probably want to double up just to be safe.

    At the weekend, I was eating mostly marks & sparks steak pies.

    after one of the pies, mrs big b gave me through a 10-pack of tesco's own label bounty bars to try out
    ate the lot in one sitting :D

    Thank God I invested in a waterproof screen, I've just spent the last ten minutes licking that picture.

    For lunch today it's a role, with Ham, egg mayo and olives, I figured that I'd get the token healty eating out of the way early this week.

    I've just started to perk up after the pukeyness so I had some bread rolls with crisps. I felt I needed carbohydrates. Hopefully later I'll feel completely normal again and can have something nice and fattening for a winter dinner!
