Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

At the moment I have eircom broadband with a netopia modem. To have wireless do i need to pay for a whole new monthly subcription or is it just a case of simply plugging a wireless router into my current modem? Don't know much about wireless so sorry if I come across as a complete idiot! Would appreciate any help.

Buy a wireless router and plug it in. Did it at home lately, then some slick eircom guy sold the mother some eircom wireless package and rendered my modifications useless. Where are you in the country? Willing to sell my wireless router cheap if your interested.

I'm just trying to understand the difference between buying an eircom wireless package and buying a wireless router. Do you now have to pay a monthly charge for the eircom package or did they just give you a new wireless router?

Stick with your current eircom package no need to change anything. Just go an buy your own wireless router at at computer store. Bound to be cheaper.
