Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New w300i

    Got me a new w300i, this one actually works thank feck.. awesome phone! anyway, two random issues I have with it...

    - White screen appears for about 2 seconds after the screen has been restarted (i.e. when it's been inactive for over 30 seconds or so)

    - It only allows me to write texts of one message long.. my old w300i would let me string 3 or 4 together into one message

    Didn't have either of these problems with my last one.. Strange, no?

    For the texts,
    Goto Messaging -->Settings--> Text Message ---> Max. Msg length
    Change to Max. Available

    Maybe turn off any screensavers you have?
