I just discovered this board this morning so apologies if this question has been asked before. I see that the new license hikes will come into effect from next year. Will the cost of the non-resident pass go up too?

The hikes have been put on hold for the moment. There is a new body formed called the Firearms Consultative Panel which (among other things) will discuss the licence fee.
