Snag list for affordable housing

    I have been offered an affordable apartment by Fingal County Council and I'm very excited about it.

    I have had my final loan approval interview and the council have suggested I should start thinking about arranging a surveyor to do a snag list.

    Has anyone any experience of gettiing a snag list done on an affordable house. Are there any special things to look for and consider?

    I dont think the fact that its affordable should come into it....It's an apartment....Get your usual snag list carried out
