I'm sure some of them have gone to Prestige mode which resets your rank from 55 back to 1.

No, you have to be Lvl 12 to be able to edit your name to include a clan tag, but that's not the same thing as joining a clan, which exists outside of the game...

Just join up on the forums and introduce yourself, then you'll get added as a friend to most of the members. It has to be done this way because of the lack of being able to make proper clans in COD.

when my mates try "party invite" me my screen goes blank ( my rank symbol goes). Can i fixed this and i did that system update yoke... does it happen to anybody else??...

If you want to join the clan then you'll have to register on our fourm, there is a link to it a few posts up.
Regards your problem, what Nat are you? If your Nat 3 then that is the reason. I had the same problem when I got the game. You need Nat 2.

Go to Network settings on your PS3 and go to settings. It should tell you your Nat type.

No, Nat 2 is what you should have. Its a strange one.. Maby you need to open some ports?

Hey guys,im trying to start another cod4 clan and I was wonering if you have any advice seeing as this one got so successful?

NOTE:Im trying to start another clan in good humour,I just wanna see if we could get a friendly war going!!And im also not trying to poach people.
I have a thread up if anyones interested and I hope u guys dont mind me posting this here.

This is for AK47, so we should leave the thread for that.

FWIW - AK47 is not recruiting for COD4 at this time. We're still interested in ppl who are mostly interested in other games like UT3, GT5P, FIFA, RSV2, Warhawk.

You can join but as Rik said we are full for cod4 members atm, if you play warhawk, ut3 etc then your more than welcome.

Interesting how you would limit the number of members per game.
Have you considered leaving it unlimited and merely picking the cream of the crop to represent in important matches.
Or field 2 or more teams, which is more common.

Nice to see a big community there.

It is a big community - over 60 active members.

The problem with picking the cream is you piss off those that don't get to play and then they leave, reducing the clan to a small amount anyway.

We have to limit COD4 for numerous reasons - one, the PSN only supports 50 friends. If we go over that it's difficult to organise matches, etc.
We do have 2 teams 10 regulars, and 40 not so regular.
In this way we can get more ppl online at once, but still keep in touch with everyone.
