For Irish websites Anglers World would be my choice. If you don't see what you need on the site, fire them a mail. Quick delivery too. They've been really helpful to me in the past.

Ebay can be great too, have picked up some cracking tackle for good prices too, just make sure you contact the seller regards P&P as a the price for delivery could outweigh the savings made (have never bought a rod off ebay, boxes and boxes of lures though.)

http://www.baumanns.ie/ do online as well. Regularly visit the bricks and mortar store for bait and bits and pieces and they have a good range of tackle. Have never ordered online so can't vouch for it, but would give them a call.

While I do sometimes go online to get better value on a particularly big purchase. I try to get most of my "small to medium stuff" from a local fishing tackle shop.
If the local shop get some business, they are more likely to be still open and in business when I want to buy bait locally, and I am aware the long distance mail order outfit will never provide that vital service.

I find Southside Angling and Tallaght Rod & Gun have what it takes for 80% of consumables.
