The new Council Offices in Dooradoyle near Collins

Not the big County Hall in the crescent, the new ones near Collins Bar. Looks super, but anyone know whats going in there? I heard Motor Tax and the Library and Local Studies Section. Whats a Local Studies Section???? And isnt there a Library just down the road??:confused:

I would imagine it would be the office of those who would be doing studies on the county. What kind of test i dont know, possibly sociological or of the ground or something. . . .
